The next AHG Sydney Adults grading is on Saturday 20 August 2011 at Dynamic Self Defence in Parramatta. The grading commences 11:30am.
Please note those students who are grading must do the 10am Adults class beforehand.
Come along and show your support for those students grading!

Great news! Sparring classes are back on the first Friday of every month.
The next Sparring Class is this Friday 5 August 2011.
So if you have the required gear come along this Friday for some fun!

The next AHG Sydney Adults Grading will be held on Saturday 4 September 2010 and will be hosted by DSD Parramatta.
Come along and show your support for those students testing on the day and be there to congratulate them when they attain their next belt.
Grading commences 12pm. |

As the weekend seminars are now filled up and because of a number of requests for the younger students we are proud to announce a limited chance for those who missed out to meet and do some basic techniques with the founder of Hapkido, Dojunim Ji Han Jae!!
This is your chance to be one of the few in Australia to train with him!
We are also expecting 2 other Grandmasters who will be travelling out to Australia with Dojunim, Grandmaster Ken McKenzie (10th Degree) and Grandmaster Scott Yates (9th Degree).

BBC Seminar - "How To Strike!" |

Yesterday's Black Belt Club Seminar titled "How To Strike!" was a great success!
There were 16 students in attendance, and during the seminar Grandmaster Geoff taught us the various elements that make up a strike. We got to practice each element, step by step, putting it all together at the end to enhance our striking!
Every student in attendance benefited from this seminar, some more than others, but all walked away knowing what they needed to work on going forward to really make their striking more powerful.
A most enjoyable seminar - if you missed this one, you really missed out!
